PA (Palmitic Acid Monoethanolamide) + Luteolin + Lecithin
Palmitic Acid Monoethanolamide is a molecular that is present in nature, in numerous foods, and is endogenously produced by our body, which acts as a balancer of inflammatory processes, also known as endocannabinoid -like. PEA is often used in the treatment of both acute and chronic inflammatory pathologies, either alone or in association with other molecules with properties, such as antioxidants or analgesics.
Luteolin is a flavone that is normally present in glycosylated form in foods commonly present in the diet, has numerous biological effects: among these, the protective effect on the oxidative processes involving DNA in the presence of free radicals and anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant effects
Lecithin is a mixture of neutral lipids and phospholipids, which are significant constituents of the central nervous system (CNS)
COMPOSITION:
PA (Palmitic Acid Monoethanolamide) 300mg + Luteolin 12mg + Lecithin 50mg Capsules
MODE OF ACTION:
PEA involve effects upon mast cells 6, CB2‐like cannabinoid receptors ATP‐sensitive K+‐channels, TRP channels, and NFkB. PEA may be a ligand for peroxisome proliferator activated receptor α (PPARα), one of a group of nuclear receptor proteins that function as transcription factors regulating the expression of genes. In particular, the α- and γ-isoforms of PPAR are associated with pro-inflammatory effects
PEA also has an affinity to cannabinoid-like G-coupled receptors GPR55 and GPR119.The GPR55 receptor is widely expressed, and therefore its activity is correlated with multiple physiological processes.
