He is Post Graduate in management with more than 30 years of experience in Indian and Global Pharmaceutical Market, Mr. Arora has laid the foundation of Alniche. His perspicacious insights have spearheaded the organization into niche therapy areas that helped carve a unique standing among other pharmaceutical companies. A belief in togetherness and growth-for-all has brought cohesiveness in diverse teams working for a conjoint goal.

She has more than 25 years of experience in marketing Pharmaceuticals, Surgical, Medical equipment in Indian & global markets. In her current capacity, she handles corporate initiatives to shape the future strategy of the organization while heading administration, business development and licensing departments.

Learning the business tinges from her father, Mr Girish Arora, she is pivotal in managing day-to-day operations, finances and sourcing. With her finance and management background, she is introducing newer systems and processes to keep organization agile and ahead of its competitors.

Having completed his Master’s in International Business from Canada and Entrepreneurship Edge, from London Business School, Karan is shaping the global expansion and setting up manufacturing and R&D, thus making Alniche ready to venture in future endeavors. His training in CII export-import international trade operations has helped him in operationalizing licensing & international business with Global organizations. In domestic market, he is steering marketing team to successfully compete and build mega brands.
