Eberconazole
Eberbest (Eberconazole) is a topical, broad-spectrum imidazole derivative, effective in dermatophytoses, candidiasis, and pityriasis treatment. In previous trials, it showed a higher efficacy than clotrimazole in the treatment of dermatophytoses.
COMPOSITION:
Eberconazole 1% w/w 30 g cream
MODE OF ACTION:
Eberconazole prevents the fungal ergosterol synthesis by inhibiting lanosterol 14α-demethylase enzyme that is responsible for the formation of 14 α-methylsterols (precursor of ergosterols). Studies have shown that eberconazole binds to the phospholipid fraction of the cell and affects sterol synthesis intracellularly.

Apply twice a day
